The following contestants did not show up at a USofA Pageants National Pageant after qualifying and are not to be allowed to compete in any local, state, or regional pageants in either the Miss Gay USofA,  Miss Gay USofA at Large,  Miss Gay USofA Classic, Mr. Gay® USofA, Mister Gay USofA at Large or Mister USofA MI systems until they have paid back their promoters any prizes received as well as paid the National Promoter a $125 Fine.  They may not perform, entertain, judge or attend any USofA Pageants event, preliminary or pageant. In addition, they will not be removed from the banned list until at least 3 years have passed from the date of the National Pageant they failed to attend.

The following contestants have had more serious violations of their contracts with promoters or pageantry systems and have been removed from the USofA and Miss Gay America Systems until further notice.  They are not to be allowed to enter any USofA Pageants preliminary to any of our National Pageants—Miss Gay USofA, Miss Gay USofA at Large,  Miss Gay USofA Classic, Mr. Gay® USofA, Mr. Gay® USofA at Large or Mister USofA MI  and are banned from the Miss Gay America Pageant System as well. They may not perform, entertain, judge or attend any USofA Pageants event, preliminary or pageant.
